You’ll apply software engineering rigor to incident resolution, instrumentation with OpenTelemetry, and AI-driven telemetry, while embedding best practices across the software lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, implement service health metrics and dashboards, and drive automation to reduce toil in a 24/7 enterprise environment. Hybrid work option available.
