AI-Enabled Platform Engineering Analyst

Shape AI-enabled platform engineering at Citi through Inventory Orchestration, Python development, and responsible developer-tool governance.

As a senior Technology Lead Analyst, you will build an Infrastructure as Code platform for middleware and database lifecycle management. The position requires hands-on Python, Ansible, and Rust development alongside OpenShift and AWS knowledge. You will guide adoption of GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor, and related AI assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion AI-assisted development practices across the team
• Evaluate, onboard, and govern AI coding assistants
• Drive automation development with Python, Ansible, and Rust
• Define platform roadmaps and technology enhancements
• Mentor engineers on responsible AI tool usage

Requirements:

• Six to ten years of relevant engineering experience
• Practical experience with AI-powered developer tools
• Ability to assess security, IP, and compliance risks
• Experience delivering IaC in complex enterprise environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
