AI-enabled Technical Support Analyst Elevators/Escalators

TK Elevator in Manchester is seeking an ITS My Technical Agent Analyst to monitor and improve the MyTA AI-enabled technical support capability. You will evaluate AI outputs, challenge incorrect guidance, and translate engineering knowledge into accessible digital guidance for field engineers.

You will work with international ITS and field teams across Europe and Africa, supporting the development of new AI use cases and governance principles for digital technical support.
