AI Enablement Engineer Developer Experience

Improve developer experience through AI enablement, technical documentation, and internal platforms supporting engineering teams at a global fashion retailer. Help teams adopt capabilities effectively. Insight Global seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to support a new AI Enablement function. You will create tools, standards, documentation, and platforms that help engineers discover and implement AI-powered solutions. The work connects Engineering, Platform, Data, Analytics, and AI teams. Key Responsibilities:

Design developer experiences supporting effective AI capability adoption Build internal developer portals and knowledge hubs Create technical documentation, guides, standards, and best practices Partner with technical teams to improve capability discoverability Translate engineer feedback into scalable enablement solutions Requirements:

Experience in DevEx, platform enablement, or technical enablement Strong technical documentation and communication skills Experience supporting portals, platforms, or self-service tooling Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and CI/CD concepts Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI ecosystems Apply developer experience, documentation, and AI enablement expertise to improve adoption across engineering teams and internal platforms.
