AI Enablement Engineer Developer Experience

Insight Global seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to support a new AI Enablement function. You will create tools, standards, documentation, and platforms that help engineers discover and implement AI-powered solutions. The work connects Engineering, Platform, Data, Analytics, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design developer experiences supporting effective AI capability adoption
• Build internal developer portals and knowledge hubs
• Create technical documentation, guides, standards, and best practices
• Partner with technical teams to improve capability discoverability
• Translate engineer feedback into scalable enablement solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in DevEx, platform enablement, or technical enablement
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Experience supporting portals, platforms, or self-service tooling
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and CI/CD concepts
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI ecosystems
