As a key member of the AI Enablement team, you’ll expand Xero's internal skills marketplace and distribution for AI tools. Collaborate with leaders from AWS, Microsoft, and GitHub, guiding innovative technology implementations within the engineering teams. Your hands-on approach to software engineering will prioritize production discipline, ensuring reliability and efficacy across the platforms you develop.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and enhance AI tools leveraging C#, .NET, and AWS • Create an internal marketplace for AI skills within Xero • Develop best practices for authoring remediation agent skills • Collaborate directly with vendors like AWS and GitHub • Create runbooks, set monitoring, and execute rollbacks
Requirements: • Extensive experience in software engineering, especially C# and .NET • Proven history of building reliable internal tools and platforms • Strong focus on production practices and documentation • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Eagerness to learn about AI coding and tools
