Our client is seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business applications
- Develop and support AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams
- Establish best practices around AI governance, security, deployment, and scalability
- Support AI adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience with a combination of data engineering, AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related disciplines
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologies
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business xhqgsiq systems
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools
- Vector databases and semantic search technologies
- AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools
- Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite and / or comparable ERP systems and tools.
