AI Engineer – 6 month contract – Fully Remote - £500-£550 per day – Outside IR35

GenAI / LLM Engineer

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on LLM pipelines, RAG, document processing and agentic AI , using AWS technologies including Amazon Bedrock and Agentcore .

Candidates must have experience taking GenAI solutions beyond proof‑of‑concept and into real production environments .

Essential Experience -

• Strong hands‑on experience delivering production GenAI/LLM solutions, rather than purely prototypes or POCs.
• RAG architecture for complex, document‑heavy applications.
• Amazon Bedrock
• AWS Agentcore
• Amazon OpenSearch, including vector search, k‑NN and hybrid retrieval.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
• Document processing technologies such as Amazon Textract, PyPDF or Unstructured.io.
• Designing multi‑agent or tool‑use architectures.
• GenAI evaluation, hallucination detection, validation and confidence‑scoring techniques.
• Experience delivering technology within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
