AI Engineer

As AI Agents Engineer, you will own end-to-end agent development in a production environment, collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists and product teams to scale safe, trustworthy decision-making. You’ll translate real-world workflows into robust agents that interact with data, tools, and business systems. You’ll balance experimentation with governance, measuring performance and safety. This role offers impact by advancing autonomous, reliable AI in lead generation at scale.

• Translate operator workflows into agent implementations
• Develop rule-based and LLM agents that call shared, versioned rules and tools
• Connect agents to data warehouse, internal services, and business APIs
• Produce structured outputs and clear application logic for trust
• Log decision context and acceptance/override status for evaluation
• Enforce autonomy progression with permissions and guardrails in code
• Test agent behavior with representative sets and expert validation
• Operate and monitor deployed agents, focusing on latency, cost and failure handling

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with production-grade, typed code
• LLM engineering experience: tool calling, structured outputs, context management, behavior evaluation
• Experience with SQL, HTTP APIs, containers, CI/CD and cloud platforms
• Debugging using logs and traces
• Ability to ship agents to real users
