AI Engineer

In this role you will design, build and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and interact with company data. You will work with LLMs, RAG and API integrations to create intelligent applications that support cross-functional teams. You will move AI solutions from requirements to production, ensuring reliability and scalability. You will test outputs, optimize agent performance and explore new technologies to support the organisation’s AI strategy. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to shape real-world AI solutions across the business.

• Design, build and deploy AI agents to automate business processes

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents or LLM-powered applications
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering and RAG
• Experience with Python, SQL and API integrations
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Experience building AI workflows that interact with databases and business systems
• Understanding of AI testing, evaluation and deployment into production environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
