Overview
In this AI-first, hands-on role you will design and evolve scalable SaaS applications within a global InsurTech environment. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners to translate concepts into production-ready features, write tests, and review code across an Agile lifecycle. The role emphasizes agentic AI engineering—using AI to accelerate delivery while upholding architecture, security and quality. You’ll shape technical solutions, define specifications, and foster engineering best practices as the platform scales. This is a chance to work at the intersection of AI tooling and full-stack development to drive meaningful product impact.

- Design, develop and enhance SaaS applications with a focus on AI-first delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape features from concept to production
- Write automated tests, perform code reviews and contribute across the Agile lifecycle
- Define technical solutions and write clear specifications; review AI-generated code
- Orchestrate AI workflows and establish engineering best practices within the team
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
- Strong full-stack development with C#/.NET and modern frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience building cloud-based SaaS applications
- Genuine interest in applying AI to accelerate software delivery while upholding engineering standards
- Solid understanding of architecture, testing, code quality, and Agile delivery
