Bells Of Steel Inc. is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to lead a small technical team responsible for AI tools, internal apps, ERP, data, email, devices and security. The role focuses on secure, fast systems and hands-on leadership in a hybrid Calgary environment.

You will set development rules, review releases, and ensure systems stay online through peak periods. Strong experience with Claude Code and internal tooling is preferred.
