AltaML is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the implementation of complex features and epics in an AI-first environment. You will own end-to-end technical design, mentor engineers, and model AI-first practices across the pod.

You will also drive technical discovery sessions with clients, act as a technical SME, and contribute to pre-sales efforts, leveraging Claude Code and shared libraries to accelerate delivery.
