AI Forward-Deployed Engineer for Banking

Anson McCade is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our banking industry-facing clients. You will rapidly prototype, build, and ship production-grade AI solutions tailored to real-world financial services environments and system constraints.

You will work hands-on developing solutions, collaborating with client teams, applying AI/ML techniques, and driving end-to-end delivery while mentoring others and feeding learnings back to core engineering.
