Overview
In this role you help customers build and productionize GenAI solutions using Databricks tech. You own production rollouts of GenAI apps and act as a trusted technical advisor across domains. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to influence priorities and share your expertise at external events. The role combines hands-on AI work with customer-facing strategy, advancing GenAI deployment at scale.
Responsibilities- Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions leveraging recent Databricks AI research
- Own production rollouts of GenAI applications (consumer and internal)
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across domains
- Present at industry conferences and contribute as a thought leader
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and priorities
- Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) with HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy
- Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimizations
- Hands-on data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
- Experience building production ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
