AI Governance Platform Engineer

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an engineering professional to embed governance into the AI platform. You will translate policy and risk requirements into concrete controls on Nexus and Accio, covering identity, permissions, and policy-as-code to support enterprise governance.

You will collaborate with Risk, Infosec, and Internal Audit to deliver auditable, production-grade controls, telemetry, and evidence across model gateways, agent orchestration, and enterprise datasets.
