ABOUT THE ROLE

A privately held company is hiring an AI Implementation Strategist to bring Claude into every part of the business. Every employee already has Claude, and one team uses it daily for intake, formatting, first drafts, and pipeline tracking. Your job is to take that across the rest of the company.

You will sit with operations, finance, and each business team, find the manual work that eats their week, and build the tools that remove it. You will build most of what you ship yourself with Claude and Claude Code, report to the COO, and own whether people actually use it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Shadow each team, map how their work gets done today, and build a ranked list of automation opportunities with the COO
• Build Claude workflows for document heavy work such as contracts, intake requests, and recurring reports
• Prototype quickly with Claude Code and similar tools, test with the people who will use it, and iterate until it holds up
• Extend the Claude workflows already in place so the whole company can depend on them
• Set up Claude projects, skills, and connectors so staff can work with their own documents and systems
• Automate recurring reporting and forecasting work
• Scope integration work that needs an engineer or vendor, and manage it to completion
• Train staff, document each tool, and track the time it saves

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 2 to 5 years in product management, business analysis, or technology consulting
• Automations or AI tools you built yourself that real users depend on, with at least one you can walk through end to end
• Daily, hands on use of Claude for real work such as drafting requirements, prototyping, xhqgsiq or analyzing documents
• Experience running requirements sessions with business users and turning what you hear into working tools
• Comfortable reading code and writing basic Python or SQL with AI assistance

NICE TO HAVE

• Consulting experience: helping clients bring AI into their everyday processes
• Prototypes built in Claude Code or Lovable
• Setting up Claude for a team: projects, skills, or MCP connectors
• Microsoft 365 automation with Power Automate and SharePoint
• Background in finance or back office processes such as accounting or reporting
