As an AI Lead at SEKTOR.AI (UK) LTD, you will own the full lifecycle of AI agents for tier-one engineering firms. You’ll bridge the gap between complex customer problems and technical implementation, architecting and shipping agentic workflows that automate high-stakes operations. This is a high-intensity, hands-on role for a product-minded engineer.

What You Will Do

• Directly interface with engineering enterprises to decompose ambiguous operational bottlenecks into scalable technical architectures for AI agents.
• Build and ship production-grade agentic workflows using TypeScript, LLMs, and advanced tool-use frameworks that automate complex administrative and technical tasks.
• Lead the continuous iteration and evaluation of deployed agents, ensuring high reliability and measurable impact on customer business performance.

The ideal candidate

• Has 5-12 years of professional experience, ideally with a background as a Forward Deployed Engineer at top-tier AI companies like Palantir, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Demonstrates deep hands-on expertise in AI engineering, specifically building autonomous agents, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and comprehensive evaluation frameworks.
• Combines full-stack capability (ideally TypeScript) with strong product instincts and the high agency required to lead projects independently from concept to production.
