AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Own the intelligence at the core of NutraMate. You will design, train, and ship the models and agentic pipelines that read real-world prescriptions, whether faxes, scans, or handwriting, and turn them into complete, verified orders inside Kroll and PropelRx.

What you will do

• Build and improve extraction, verification, and SIG-interpretation models on live Canadian prescription volume
• Design agentic workflows that decide, act, and flag uncertainty for pharmacist review
• Own evaluation: accuracy, autonomy rate, and false-flag reduction across 2,500+ clinical logics
• Ship to production pharmacies and close the loop on real-world edge cases

What we are looking for

• Degree in CS, engineering, math, or equivalent hands-on depth
• 3+ years building ML systems in production
• Strong Python and modern ML tooling; document AI or OCR a plus
• Comfort owning problems end to end in a small team
