AI Personalization Engineer — Live Recommendations

Calyptus is recruiting on behalf of a client to own the algorithms that decide what every user sees. You will design, build and ship recommendation and personalisation systems end-to-end, collaborating with a Data Engineer and a small senior team to ship fast.

You’ll take models from experiments to production, optimize them for real user impact, and apply agentic/LLM-based approaches where they add genuine value. This is a high-autonomy IC role within a consumer platform.
