Connexai, based in Manchester, is seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer to join our 2nd Line Support team. You will investigate complex issues, analyse logs, and troubleshoot software behaviour, while supporting enterprise customers across our platform.

You'll work with PostgreSQL, APIs, JSONata and integrations, collaborating with Development and AI teams to deliver solutions. The role includes ownership of projects and direct customer interaction as you grow in a hands-on technical position.
