As an AI Lead Engineer and Technical Lead, you will combine hands-on coding with technical direction for Citi's Services AI Platform. Build full-stack components, multi-tenant agents, and retrieval systems for enterprise workflows. Use AWS, generative AI, and model development skills to deliver production-ready platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Python and Angular AI platform components
  • Design multi-tenant agents with ReAct and ReWOO orchestration
  • Develop Model Context Protocol servers and API boundaries
  • Implement Knowledge Graph RAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR pipelines
  • Collaborate across subject matter, UI, and API teams

Requirements:

  • 10 or more years of software engineering experience
  • 5 or more years delivering production AI and machine learning solutions
  • 2 or more years of hands-on generative AI experience
  • 3 or more years leading technical teams and platform delivery
  • Practical AWS experience and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
