As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will turn an early proof of concept into AI augmented lending infrastructure. You will connect operational workflows, machine learning, and mortgage expertise to ship useful products. The work spans product requirements documents, decision logic, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex operational reality into clear product requirements
• Define roadmaps with machine learning and engineering teams
• Improve throughput, decision time, accuracy, and capacity metrics
• Connect AI outputs with expert underwriter judgment
• Recommend responses to AI changes in mortgage origination

Requirements:

• Three to five years in consulting or product roles
• Clear writing and structured thinking across complex systems
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive decisions
• Active fluency with AI tools across product workflows
• Strong communication with Product and Engineering audiences
