As an AI/ML Platform Software Developer, you will create reusable intelligence capabilities for cloud-based practice management workflows. The work spans distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native services, machine learning, and LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and ship production AI services and agentic workflows
• Build MCP servers, machine learning capabilities, and shared components
• Shape AI platform direction with Architecture and engineering teams
• Own evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and operational support
• Review code and mentor developers through hands-on collaboration

Requirements:

• 8+ years building scalable SaaS applications professionally
• 3+ years deploying production AI applications or platforms
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python or similar technologies
• Experience with agentic AI, MCP, machine learning, and LLMs
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
