AI Platform Software Developer Intern

Develop AI platform capabilities at Kinaxis using Docker, Kubernetes, Python, and C# in a hybrid Ottawa internship.

This full-time internship supports a full-stack AI/ML team building software for intelligent supply chains. You will collaborate with senior engineers on technology selection, production code, infrastructure, and machine learning solutions. The position includes agile practices, paired programming, code reviews, mentorship, and ownership of feature quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on real-world AI/ML software solutions
• Enhance AI platform scalability, security, and maintainability
• Integrate ML pipelines and models end to end
• Verify functional and non-functional feature quality
• Participate in planning, huddles, reviews, and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in full-time education or recently graduated
• Strong Python and C# programming skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo Workflows
• Working experience with Azure or GCP environments
• Understanding of distributed computing architectures
