AI-Powered Implementation Lead (SaaS, Enterprise)

ServiceNow is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform for enterprise customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, risk, and scope, and ensure adoption of agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value.

You will guide customers through initial implementation and new offerings, mentor team members, align deliverables with goals, and collaborate with sales, partners, and customer success to drive a
