OpenTalent seeks a graduate in Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field to lead the design, build, and embedding of Flintshire County Council’s AI decision support tool within frontline service delivery.

You will work with Wrexham University Academic Supervisors and Flintshire Digital Solutions Team to transform how residents access help across the county, using AI/ML models to provide insights for smarter commissioning and better use of public resources.
