AI Product Engineer

In this role you will build user-facing applications that translate natural-language inputs and multimodal data into structured engineering workflows, bridging users and AI-powered design systems. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and applied AI to turn ideas into reliable, reviewable outputs for engineers. You’ll shape how models interact with CAD and geometry tools, evaluate model behavior, and refine workflows to scale hardware design. This hands-on position sits in a highly technical, collaborative team driving AI-enabled product development.

• Build polished applications enabling engineers to describe, generate, and refine designs
• Translate natural-language requests, images, and drawings into structured engineering specs
• Design agentic systems that interact with tools, backend services, and CAD/geometry systems
• Evaluate models, investigate failures, and decide on adaptation or fine-tuning
• Create workflows for reviewing, correcting, and guiding AI outputs
• Own features across frontend, backend, and applied AI from design to implementation

• Strong product-engineering fundamentals with experience delivering user-facing software
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior beyond prompting and basic API use
• Experience building agents that use tools and interact with backend services
• Sound judgement on model selection, evaluation, and reliability
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs into practical product features
• Capacity to work across frontend, backend, and applied ML within a small, highly technical team
