AI QA Lead: AI/ML Systems Testing (Contract)

Ironbelly Studios Inc. seeks an experienced QA Lead to own the end-to-end test strategy for AI products in Montreal.

You will lead hands-on testing of LLM behavior, RAG pipelines, and LangChain/LangGraph integrations, ensuring data quality and retrieval accuracy. The role requires strong knowledge of tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and prompt evaluation, with clear communication to cross-functional teams in English (French is a plus).
