Overview

In this role you drive the adoption of AI-powered Quality Engineering practices across Scrum teams to boost quality, automation, and delivery. You will define standards and guardrails for responsible AI use in Quality Engineering and develop AI-enabled solutions and accelerators. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor outcomes with KPIs, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to raise AI capability. Responsibilities
  • Promote AI-enabled Quality Engineering practices to enhance quality, automation, scalability, and efficiency
  • Define standards, governance, and guardrails for AI use in Quality Engineering
  • Design and prototype AI-enabled solutions, accelerators, workflows, and PoCs for testing, automation, analysis, and reporting
  • Integrate AI capabilities into Quality Engineering processes to improve testing effectiveness and delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to drive continuous improvement in quality, automation, CI/CD, and modern QA practices
  • Monitor adoption and business impact via KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing to grow AI capability across teams
Key requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and AI-enabled QA practices
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven quality improvements
  • Experience designing or deploying AI-enabled QA solutions or automation
  • Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and modern QA practices
  • Experience defining standards and governance for outcomes across multiple Agile teams
  • Stakeholder management
  • Clear communication and facilitation
  • Influencing across cross-functional teams
  • Quality Engineering methodologies and best practices
  • AI and Generative AI technologies and prompting techniques
