Pomerleau is seeking an HR Data Analyst to structure, maintain, and leverage HR data for AI-driven initiatives and predictive analytics. You will collaborate with HR, IT/AI, and Data teams to deliver business value through data models and BI.

Responsibilities include transforming HR data sources (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Avature), developing Power BI dashboards, and supporting AI projects with governance and quality checks. Bilingual French/English preferred.
