Overview

In this role you will be a hands-on technical contributor embedded with strategic client accounts to design, build, and ship AI-enabled solutions end-to-end. You will operate across PoV to production, shaping enterprise AI deployment patterns and contributing to Accenture’s Industry & Enterprise FDE capability. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-quality AI apps while advancing SDLC workflows and governance. The role offers meaningful impact through AI-driven value creation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver production-quality applications inside client systems using AI SDLC workflows and enterprise-grade requirements
  • Develop reusable, production-ready artefacts and tools such as MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent orchestration frameworks
  • Support enterprise deployments by rolling out frontier AI capabilities and integrating with existing IT infrastructure
  • Accelerate adoption by working with client engineering and product teams to close skill gaps and upskill stakeholders
  • Identify repeatable deployment patterns and feed insights back to the FDE practice to improve delivery playbooks
  • Maintain cutting-edge expertise in LLMs, SDLC, agentic frameworks, and AI product development ecosystem
  • Build strong client and partner relationships to enable new opportunities for AI value creation
  • Represent Accenture in field settings, championing responsible AI usage and policy adherence
Key requirements
  • 4–6 years in a technical engineering role with client-facing or consulting exposure
  • Experience delivering production applications with measurable business impact in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on work with large language models (prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, workflows)
  • Solid programming proficiency (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java) with openness to Go, Rust, and new stacks
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and system integration patterns
  • Strong communication skills for technical discovery, stakeholder alignment, and translating AI concepts for non-technical audiences
  • High agency, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Preferred: domain exposure in media or other enterprise vertical; knowledge of AI safety, governance, and MLOps tooling
