AI Security Operations (SecOps) Specialist

In this hands-on technical leadership role, you secure and scale an enterprise Agentic AI ecosystem, aligning security with our mission to accelerate medicine. You own the security control plane, harden agentic systems, and establish observable, auditable behavior. You design secure patterns and guide platform roadmaps as AI and attack techniques evolve. • Define and improve controls for agent identity, authentication and authorization, least agency, data boundaries, memory governance, inter-agent communications, runtime policy enforcement and auditability
• Create reusable secure patterns, reference configurations, guardrails and policy-as-code for broad adoption
• Assess agent architectures, embed security in onboarding, design reviews, solution blueprints, threat models and release gates; conduct testing and red/purple-team exercises
• Own or coordinate secure lifecycle from discovery to retirement, maintain ownership and risk posture inventories
• Govern multi-agent dependencies, secure integrations with enterprise platforms and Cybersecurity services via governed APIs and service identities
• Build telemetry strategies to reconstruct agent intent and actions, integrate with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud/identity/Data security platforms
• Design, tune and operationalize detections for AI-specific threats; lead triage, containment, eradication, recovery and post-incident improvement with automated playbooks
• Lead the portfolio for AI for Cyber and Cyber for AI automation, embedding security checks, risk scoring and approvals into AI/ML and agent delivery workflows
• Provide technical oversight for day-to-day operation of AI security capabilities, delivering executive-ready dashboards and reporting
• Translate policy and regulatory expectations into testable requirements and risk assessments; support risk-tiered controls across research, regulated and GxP use cases

• Proven cybersecurity engineering, security operations, automation, or related experience including hands-on work securing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions
• Production-quality automation or agents using Python; APIs, event-driven workflows, testing, source control, CI/CD and operational support
• Practical knowledge of agent architectures, LLM apps, RAG, tool calling, memory, orchestration and multi-agent patterns with security risk awareness
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR and cloud/identity security telemetry
• Experience defining and validating controls for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of identity, secrets, API security, Zero Trust, secure software delivery, threat modeling and least privilege
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical architectures, backlogs, runbooks and metrics
