Build AI solutions for PolicyAdvisor Brokerage’s digital insurance platform, using RAG, semantic search, and speech AI to improve customer experiences.

As a Software Developer, you will design, implement, and deploy AI applications supporting insurance workflows and advisor-client interactions. You will collaborate across teams, analyze large datasets, and develop software meeting user and business requirements. The work includes cloud scalability, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI solutions for insurance workflows
  • Apply RAG, semantic search, and speech AI
  • Analyze datasets and inform decision-making processes
  • Integrate features and improve platform performance
  • Document processes and support testing activities

Requirements:

  • Proven Software Developer experience and successful AI projects
  • Experience with big data technologies and Apache Spark
  • Familiarity with AWS for deploying AI solutions
