This full-time, permanent role supports MSCP’s operational, manufacturing, engineering, project management, and administrative functions. You will develop applications, AI-enabled solutions, and digital tools while enhancing the Resource Management System. The work includes APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications
• Enhance MSCP’s Resource Management System and integrations
• Develop AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows
• Protect application security, reliability, and maintainability

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline
• Professional software development experience involving business applications
• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, databases, and APIs
• Full-stack application development experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools
