AI Solution Architect – Customer (CL8)

As an AI Solution Architect in Song AI & Data, you design production-ready AI and GenAI solutions that drive customer growth across marketing, commerce and service. You work with cross-functional teams to shape architecture, lead delivery on key workstreams, and ensure security, scalability and business value. This role offers hands-on technical leadership, the chance to apply AI to real customer challenges, and close collaboration with product owners, engineers and stakeholders.

• Design architectures for AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics across the customer lifecycle
• Own defined components or workstreams ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment
• Build AI applications and platform components integrating CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM and cloud data platforms
• Document architectural decisions and determine build-versus-buy, security, governance, and operational considerations
• Provide technical direction to small delivery teams from concept to production and optimization
• Design solutions with responsible AI, privacy and regulatory controls, including monitoring and governance
• Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers and data scientists, and raise engineering standards
• Engage with client stakeholders to explain technical concepts and align on value
• Support business development through solution approaches, estimates and technical roadmaps

• Production GenAI experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions
• Customer domain experience applying AI to growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service
• Modern AI architecture knowledge: LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, enterprise deployment patterns
• Engineering and cloud foundations with hands-on delivery experience on Azure, AWS or GCP
• Enterprise data experience: data modelling, ingestion, governance, security and data quality
• Technical leadership providing direction within delivery teams and ownership of design decisions
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Responsible AI, governance and security experience
• Mentoring experience for junior engineers or data scientists
