• Define and evolve reusable AI patterns and standards.
• Lead design decisions across technical and business teams.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and resilient.
• Drive consistency and reuse across AI initiatives.

• You’ve delivered complex AI solutions end to end.
• You combine a delivery mindset with architectural discipline.
• You’re comfortable getting into the detail of systems, data and integrations.
• You’re curious about AI and actively use and experiment with it.
• You make clear, pragmatic decisions and communicate them in a way that brings people with you.
