AI Solutions Architect

As an AI Solutions Architect you translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI architectures for production-grade assets. You act as the technical authority within the AI & Data Center of Excellence, ensuring modular, compliant designs and smooth handover to delivery teams. You will lead architectural blueprinting, feasibility assessments, and the evolution of reusable patterns across the enterprise. • Architectural blueprinting and reference designs for AI solutions across the enterprise
• Design end-to-end pipelines for Generative AI, ML, and agentic workflows
• Ensure modular, reusable architectures aligned with security and compliance
• Recommend optimal technical stacks for specific business use cases
• Collaborate with AI & Data Governance on risk and lifecycle requirements
• Evaluate technical feasibility of AI initiatives and conduct rapid prototyping (POCs/MVPs)
• Define requirements, model dependencies, and integration points for AI initiatives
• Coordinate with Security, Data, and Infrastructure to validate architectural fit
• Provide high-level effort estimates for AI implementations
• Define production-grade requirements to move AI models beyond lab environments
• Optimize architectures for latency, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• Assess cost impact of models, inference patterns, and orchestration
• Establish AI safety, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop patterns under governance
• Provide technical oversight through architecture reviews and mentorship
• Stay abreast of AI patterns (RAG, Fine-tuning, multi-agent systems) and new technologies
• Maintain concise architectural documentation for governance and auditing

• 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end ML and Generative AI architectures
• Experience with technical feasibility assessments and rapid prototyping (POCs/MVPs)
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements with engineering execution
• Experience in enterprise-scale systems, security standards, and AI governance
• Expertise in AI design patterns (RAG, Fine-tuning, agentic workflows) and model evaluation frameworks
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management across Security, Data, and Infrastructure
• Ability to optimize architectures for scalability, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• English professional proficiency; Italian or other European languages a plus
