AI Solutions Associate

As an AI Solutions Associate at JLL Research Innovation, you will blend software development with creative problem-solving to demonstrate and implement AI-driven capabilities. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate solutions into real applications, while building demos, prototypes, and reusable patterns. Your work helps researchers and business units adopt advanced tools that generate data-rich insights. This role offers hands-on coding, cross-functional interaction, and a chance to shape AI-enabled workflows at scale.

• Build demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept to showcase capabilities
• Apply solutions to business problems with novel use cases
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate solutions
• Provide hands-on integration support with code samples, docs, and troubleshooting
• Adapt solutions to varied technical environments
• Present demos to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop reusable integration patterns, starter kits, and examples
• Engage with users and partner teams to drive adoption
• Collect feedback to influence roadmap and priorities
• Stay current with AI/web technologies and experiment with new tools

• 1–4 years of hands-on software engineering or AI-focused experience
• Strong web development foundation (JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, modern frameworks)
• Familiarity with AI-powered development (LLM APIs, prompt engineering, basic RAG)
• Creative problem-solving demonstrated through work or side projects
• Clear communication of technical concepts to varied audiences
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset and ability to work across teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects
