AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

Join an AI and machine learning team building customer-facing voice AI experiences. You will guide customers from discovery through production implementation, translating their workflows into effective AI solutions.
What Youll Do

Lead post-sales implementations from signed contract through launch, partnering with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and customer experience goals.

Define the desired AI-driven experience and document business logic, requirements, and implementation specifications for applied AI engineers.

Coordinate technical integrations across APIs, webhooks, CRMs, contact center platforms, and customer data systems.

What Were Looking For

At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role, including hands-on implementation work.

Experience owning complex enterprise or mid-market implementations through production launch.

Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents, and familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Contact center, conversational AI, or call center implementation experience is valued.

Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is helpful. Candidates should have experience working outside government, banking, or other large, slow-moving regulated environments.

Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
