In this AI Solutions Consultant role, you translate client challenges into practical AI-enabled outcomes that improve day-to-day workflows. You work at the intersection of strategy, technology and people, shaping how AI can be applied in real business contexts. You’ll prototype solutions with leading AI platforms and design governance to build trust. This role offers the chance to influence client success across the full lifecycle and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Understand client challenges and shape AI-enabled solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit needs and opportunities
  • Design solutions using tools like M365 Copilot, Google Gemini, Power Automate/Platform, Google AI Studio
  • Prototype with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other cloud AI services
  • Develop prompts, GPTs, gems, Copilot agents and lightweight automations
  • Integrate AI into ecosystems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, Salesforce, Google Workspace)
  • Implement guardrails, quality checks and risk assessments for trustworthy AI
  • Support end-to-end AI solution delivery from acquisition to retention
  • Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and create client-ready deliverables
  • Define success metrics, measure value and embed engagement frameworks
  • Advise on responsible and safe AI usage and risk mitigation
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in consulting or technology environments
  • Deep AI expertise with exposure to current tools and developments
  • Hands-on with one or more LLM platforms (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
  • Experience with productivity/automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Platform) and collaboration suites (M365, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Customer lifecycle design and value measurement understanding
