AI Solutions Engineer — Enterprise Troubleshooter & Advocate

STAN is hiring a Solutions Engineer in Toronto to own the technical health of deployments end-to-end, diagnosing AI issues by reviewing conversation logs, refining prompts, and collaborating with engineering for fixes, then explaining results to customers.

You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, troubleshooting AI systems and communicating clearly with executives and stakeholders.
