The AI Solutions Engineer supports Technology Workplace Services at EQ Bank. You will analyze processes, engineer secure automations, and improve digital workplace experiences. The work spans Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, APIs, PowerShell, Python, analytics, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process-improvement opportunities
  • Design, test, deploy, and support AI-powered workplace solutions
  • Integrate Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, HR, identity, and reporting systems
  • Implement validation, monitoring, documentation, and human oversight
  • Provide targeted workplace technology support when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a related discipline
  • Five or more years in related technical or service roles
  • Experience delivering AI, automation, scripting, analytics, or low-code solutions
  • Knowledge of generative AI, orchestration, retrieval, grounding, and evaluation
  • Understanding of ITIL, security, privacy, governance, and data lifecycle principles
