Overview

In this role you drive ERP-enabled transformation programmes for clients, focusing on SAP-based delivery and digital enablement. You will work within SAP Activate to ensure quality, contribute to business cases and PMO activities, and gain exposure to multiple SAP modules. You’ll engage in workshops with clients to align scope with priorities, and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost research and delivery efficiency. This position offers hands-on client delivery in a renowned, global consulting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery support across requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and go-live
  • Work within SAP Activate frameworks to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
  • Support business case development, PMO functions, and change management activities
  • Gain exposure to multiple SAP modules and value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
  • Participate in workshops and client meetings to align solution scope with business priorities
Key requirements
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP systems
  • Consulting or SI background with functional SAP experience in at least one module
  • Own discrete workstreams or modules under supervision
  • Contribute to rapid assessment / as-is analysis
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., generative AI) to support research, documentation, analysis, and delivery efficiency
  • Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs
  • Client-facing experience with exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management
  • Understanding of ERP delivery phases and programme structures
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate or traditional ERP delivery methodologies
  • University degree in a STEM-related field or business management; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are advantageous
