In this role you lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Data & AI solutions, using Databricks and Microsoft Foundry, aligned with business priorities. You shape the technical roadmap for AI and automation and mentor a high-performing engineering squad. You partner with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, prototype rapidly, and scale AI products into production. • Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Data & AI solutions using Databricks and Microsoft Foundry

• Hands-on expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Foundry, and the Azure ecosystem
• Proven leader of engineering and AI teams with coaching track record
