Build AI-powered tools with Dayforce as a virtual intern, using Python, SQL, APIs, and Azure technologies to improve workflows.

This eight-month Winter 2027 internship supports the Application Advisory team. You will design applications, automate complex workflows, and develop solutions with LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic patterns, Azure AI, JavaScript, and React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build internal tools and applications for Application Advisory
  • Identify workflows improved through software, AI, or automation
  • Develop backend services using Python, SQL, APIs, and Azure
  • Build user experiences with JavaScript and React
  • Measure impact through efficiency, adoption, and quality metrics

Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a relevant technical bachelor's or master's program
  • Intermediate Python skills, including APIs, code structure, and debugging
  • Intermediate SQL skills, including joins and query optimization
  • Working JavaScript knowledge; React experience is strongly valued
  • Understanding of generative AI fundamentals and prompt design
