AI Transformation Associate Manager

Lead enterprise AI transformation at Accenture Song, combining AI strategy and organisational change to deliver measurable business outcomes. Shape programmes across Canada, the United States, and global stakeholders.

As an AI Transformation Associate Manager, you will design and deliver enterprise transformation from opportunity identification through implementation. You will prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and guide responsible AI governance. The work connects business process, organisational design, adoption, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end AI transformation design and delivery
• Define AI strategy and prioritise client use cases
• Lead assessments, reviews, and remediation recommendations
• Design change management and AI adoption programmes
• Embed responsible AI governance and ethical practices

Requirements:

• Four years delivering enterprise AI or digital transformation programmes
• Experience with strategy, prioritisation, and business case development
• Two years managing and mentoring people
• University Degree required
• Strong artificial intelligence and machine learning understanding
