AI Transformation Associate Manager

Lead AI transformation for enterprise clients at Accenture Song, combining AI strategy and organisational change across Canada, the United States, and global stakeholders.

As a Lead and Principal AI Transformation Associate Manager, you design and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes. You prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and guide responsible AI governance. You also develop teams and translate emerging AI developments into strategic thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own AI transformation design and delivery through measurable business outcomes
• Define AI strategy, prioritise use cases, and maintain transformation roadmaps
• Lead assessments, reviews, adoption programmes, and organisational change
• Embed ethical AI, governance, compliance, and value tracking frameworks
• Develop teams, set standards, and provide hands-on mentorship

Requirements:

• Minimum four years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation programmes
• At least two years managing and mentoring people
• University Degree required for this position
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• English required for global stakeholder interactions
