AI Workflow Automation Engineer

Build AI-powered workflows at FGF Brands using generative AI, automation tools, and practical process improvement within functional teams.

The AI Workflow Engineer supports FGF Brands’ Digital & AI Transformation as an embedded AI practitioner. You will translate business problems into human-centered solutions, working directly with frontline teams and functional leaders. The role combines workflow design, tool implementation, enablement, and responsible AI governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map processes and identify automation opportunities and manual bottlenecks
• Design AI-assisted workflows that improve output quality
• Configure generative AI and intelligent automation tools
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise and productivity platforms
• Train teams and champion responsible AI use

Requirements:

• Two to four years in analysis, operations, improvement, or implementation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow builders
• Strong business process understanding beyond traditional IT
• Excellent communication for non-technical audiences
• Curiosity about practical operational AI applications
