AI Workplace Consultant (Microsoft 365)

As an AI Workplace Consultant, you lead delivery and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot projects for clients. You work with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to drive measurable adoption and capability building across the M365 ecosystem. You design adoption programs, develop use cases, and monitor outcomes with analytics. You translate governance and responsible AI decisions into practical guidance. • Manage M365 project delivery, plans, and reporting with clear visibility of risks and dependencies
• Coordinate adoption activities with IT, HR, communications, and business stakeholders to align with organisational goals
• Design and run adoption projects for Microsoft 365 and Copilot, including stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, and champion networks
• Create role-based scenario libraries and use cases linking Copilot to business processes
• Define and track adoption metrics using Microsoft 365 usage analytics, Viva Insights, and Power BI
• Deliver workshops and training for end users, champions, and senior stakeholders; produce training collateral and self-service content
• Coach client teams to sustain adoption post-engagement
• Translate Copilot and Microsoft Purview governance decisions into practical user guidance; support policy and licensing decisions with IT and risk teams
• Stay current with latest Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI developments and feed capabilities into client roadmaps
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable adoption assets

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, communications, or related field
• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or digital workplace consulting
• Practical experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or readiness programmes
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva)
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and communications for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to define, measure, and report adoption metrics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage data
• Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practices with business-language explanation
